Angelica's life forever altered after her dialysis of the kidney. She would receive the donated kidney from her mom. Angelica Hale was able to undergo a kidney transplant alongside her mother on the 13th of September, 2013. The operation was carried out in Emory University Hospital, and Children's Healthcare of Atlanta Egleston.
