Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr competes as a model for IFBB Fitness Pro and is an athlete sponsored by the company. She began competing in fitness competitions when she was 16 after she quit her childhood gymnastics career. At the age of 17 She was awarded her pro card only one year after. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro athlete Model, model, as well as a sponsored athlete. Ariel Khadr started her fitness show career when she was just 16 when she gave up gymnastics. Within a year she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. This made her one of the youngest IFBB Pro in history. Once she received her Professional Card, Ariel took six years off the show to pursue her college education. The year 2015 saw her continue her journey from the previous year's major competitions like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. After winning her first competition, she competed several more years setting up new goals. In 2009 she was the winner of the titles of four other fitness contests. Also, 2009. NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champions made her the youngest IFBB Fitness Pros in history. When she earned her Pro Card, Ariel went on a hiatus of six years from competing so she could finish her college degree. In October of 2015 she returned by presenting her IFBB Fitness Pro debut at 2015. Phoenix Europa Games. At the end of the day, she was 3rd overall at the event. Summer of 2016, she won the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. As a result, she qualified for Fitness Olympia. After three months she was on the Olympia stage, and was awarded the 6th position in the Fitness Division. Ariel stated that she'd never had expectation prior to that and was happy with her performance. Given that she competed against the top athletes. Ariel keeps improving every year. Ariel's most favorite part of her body to work out is her back. Ariel's typical back exercise consists of single-arm pulldowns using lats, as well as pullups with the machine and bent-over rows. She warms-up first before moving on to working sets. Ariel also likes to make use of every minute. The routine she does for her back is comprised of 3 or more supersets, each comprised of between 10 and 12 reps.
